Joseph E. Thompson III is the founder and president of TEA Consultants, Inc. He is a seasoned Registered Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience. His work is a testament of his expertise working with companies such as Disney Development Corporation (DDC), Marriott International, and MeriStar Hospitality, Inc. His creative and unconventional designs serve as the blueprint for TEAC, setting it apart from other companies.

Joseph Thompson IV is Vice President of IT. He is an IT Professional with years of experience as a Software Engineer. JT has been working with TEAC since its early years, and has provided invaluable service to our clients through his work as an effective and skilled project manager, and as the head of the IT department.

Steve Panico
Consultant

Steve Panico is the Vice President of Energy Incentives and a project manager. He has achieved the status of LEED Accredited Professional with his focus being Existing Buildings, and specializes in Energy Retrofit designs in HVAC. For over a decade, Steve has worked in the HVAC and R Industry and has offered his expertise for a wide range of businesses including Biotech, Hospital, Military, Pharmaceutical, and University Facilities.

Marcela Oliva Lopinto
Office Manager/Executive Assistant

Marcela Oliva Lopinto is the executive assistant to the president of TEAC as well as the central office manager for our regional offices. Her experience ranges from serving as president on the executive board of a non-profit organization for four years to working as a certified legal court interpreter.
